WHY I BUY IT: I've just started a beginner pottery class and decided to buy my own tools as sharing tools provided by the teacher made me slowed down too much. WHAT YOU GET: I bought an 8 piece set that includes a variety of basic tools (see photo). The tools are quite high quality for the price: they are made of steel and hardwood. As a beginner, I was able to easily shape clay with these tools and didn't notice much of a difference from the teacher's higher quality tools. Tools come in a plastic bag, which is very convenient. , but in my opinion too small. CONCLUSION: This is a great set for beginners, especially at this price point! If you're not a pro, these tools are for you.
