I recently subscribed to a grocery plan so I cook more than usual. I used wooden utensils and it worked well but when you clean the pan it gets it doesn't all because it doesn't fit snugly to the pan and because I hit the pan with a wooden spoon the pan started to crackle. . (I hit the side so the food sticks to the bowl and falls back into the pot). I have a gray set and I can only say that I really enjoy cooking with it. I know they hold the heat very well because I accidentally left one right on the burner for about 10 seconds :face palm: . I love how you can scoop everything up and it mixes so well. The best part is that they are very easy to clean with soap and warm water. I really like this set, I recommend it to everyone!
