I've read some of the reviews on here and seen that some people had trouble removing the clamp. There is a correct way and a not-so-correct way to install these clamps. You must fully loosen the clamp bolt to allow the rubber side of the clamp to reach the top edge of the truck body rail. When I installed the first pair, I only loosened them enough that the clip was halfway to the bed rail and I just didn't have a lot of confidence that they were securely attached, which they aren't. Make sure the clip lifts up until it's flush with the truck's side rail and you should never have a problem pulling them off. Great product that saves you the hassle of drilling into the side of your truck. Buy them now and be sure your load is safely secured.
