Won't snag - Unsafe fit - Only use when strap is up

This is a faulty design. If you see the teeth mesh in the picture I pasted, only the teeth closest to the edge are being clamped. This is not a flat grip. If it's not flat, the front tooth should catch, not the backmost tooth. Both fuses in pack 2 had the same problem. I ended up returning them and will be using Keeper 05637 Moving Anchor Point 2-Pack. For me this is the best choice as I have a topper. That's half the price too. I like the idea that they fold up when not in use, but I would…

These brackets are great!

I needed flexible attachment points for my Toyota Tundra bed rail. Those brackets really help. Since I didn't bother to read the instructions, it initially looked like they wouldn't work due to the bulge at the bottom of the bed rail. But I figured out how to move the back of the clamp mechanism so it goes around the edge. Now I'm a happy tourist. Some reviewers say the hook material is flimsy; I think it's thick enough. You apply linear pressure to it (pulling along the material) and not…

Great additional mounts for your truck.

I've read some of the reviews on here and seen that some people had trouble removing the clamp. There is a correct way and a not-so-correct way to install these clamps. You must fully loosen the clamp bolt to allow the rubber side of the clamp to reach the top edge of the truck body rail. When I installed the first pair, I only loosened them enough that the clip was halfway to the bed rail and I just didn't have a lot of confidence that they were securely attached, which they aren't. Make sure…

Bully clamp, okay, but.

A few facts about Bully Clamp: 1) They say the screw is 1/2 inch. I don't know where they got them from but it's not 1/2 inch or 9/16, 13mm works best. but not very well. I tried several keys from different sets but they don't fit, strange! 2) My Ford Ranger has a plastic plug on the bed rails. This combination is too thick to hold the clamp with the wedge inside the J section as shown. I had to install a clip with the bottom of the wedge up/outside the J section. I was able to tighten the…

Great/Attractive/Comfortable Anchors for Everyday Use

I've always been looking for anchors for my 1970 Chevy C10 pickup. I wanted something that didn't require pegs sticking out of the edge of the bed rail. In an ideal world, I wouldn't want to drill through the metal of the bed either. These anchors do it all, and they're super easy to install or remove (you can keep them if you sell or trade your truck). Second, they fold down to work with most if not all heavy-duty fiberglass covers (SnugTop, Fleer Top, etc.). They don't seem right for…
