I mountain bike and hike a lot which means I pack my bikes. Space on my bike is very limited with all the camping and video gear I carry on the bike. I needed a way to carry enough drinking water and a few extra water bottles on my bike. I have 2 of these mounts to carry an extra water bottle on each fork leg. For this purpose they are great! They hold the bottle securely with 2 velcro straps (can hold different size bottles) and also attach to any round tube (fork legs in my case) with a second set of 3 velcro straps. Since everything is held together with straps, the brackets are suitable for pipes of different diameters as well as bottles of different sizes. The bindings are very good made out of grippy material with a sort of semi-rubber finish so they are very secure and don't slip or move with a full 2lb bottle on my bike even when I'm going at speed over very rough bumpy terrain . . I highly recommend them if space on your bike is limited and like me you need to carry around extra bottles. For your health! #theadventurebiker
