Excellent Customer Service and Extremely Flexible

GlobalPost has been instrumental in allowing us to offer our clients a service that was previously impossible. They are willing to go outside of their comfort zone for what ever solution we need. I have not found anything I dislike about GlobalPost for the services they provide.

The only thing I could give them credit for would be that they are more concerned about your needs then just selling you something. We used them to ship products from China to the US. From start to finish, GlobalPost made this as painless as possible.

Pros

Their customer support is top notch! No matter how many times it takes me calling with questions/issues or problems; when i ask my question once there's no doubt its answered quickly by someone who knows exactly where everything stands at all time.They truly care!! And thats why im very happy working wth such great people!!! :) Thank You GLOBALPOST !!!!! :D
