I like that it's easy for companies with limited resources (we're non profit) but have products/services of global interest, such as our book "The Artful Citizen" or other educational materials about US politics in Latin America countries we work there. The product selection could be better tailored towards those needs - not just what sells best at Amazon! GlobalPost has been instrumental in allowing us to offer our clients a service that was previously impossible. They are willing to go outside of their comfort zone for what ever solution we need. I have not found anything I dislike about GlobalPost for the services they provide. The platform makes it easy for me as an individual seller, or even someone with very little experience in ecommerce to set up my products internationally! I love that we have such great customer service at every point of purchase (sometimes that's one thing you don't see) - from product and order information right through delivery notifications when something goes wrong. I like how easy it was for me as an individual, who has no previous experience in writing or editing articles/blogs etc.,to be able to create content that would otherwise have taken months of work from someone with more expertise than myself!
