The platform makes it easy for me as an individual seller, or even someone with very little experience in ecommerce to set up my products internationally! I love that we have such great customer service at every point of purchase (sometimes that's one thing you don't see) - from product and order information right through delivery notifications when something goes wrong.

Shipping rates are fair throughout Europe; sometimes our shipments do arrive late if there isn’t enough traffic/customers but otherwise no problems here. In terms of logistics - importing goods into EU countries requires some effort and time spent learning about VAT regulations which takes away from your daily life in other areas more than necessary. If this could be automated then people would find themselves using it without actually realising what they're doing! We've seen increased orders since setting things up ourselves on ShipStation compared to our previous manual.
