Review on Anolon Allure 12-Piece Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set in Dark Gray by Jason Hood

Ideal for cooking in the sense that they heat up quickly and cool well when removed. I don't like metal handles as they can get a little warm, but not hot enough to hurt (yet). Good size in this set. I really wish there were fewer unique cap sizes and they were more interchangeable. Pots are oddly deep. I'm used to smaller and wider ones. It doesn't seem to be a big problem. Since they heat well, the overall smaller floor does not bother. It just feels weird. Easy to clean. They say they are dishwasher safe, which is true. There are no light scratches. A few things I don't like: Although they are the same color and not too flashy, there are two rivets inside each for handles. I have other pans that don't have this and don't really like it. Can catch food and is harder to clean. And most importantly, it's not a very good nonstick coating. I notice this with eggs, especially since I have to use quite a bit of oil, otherwise they stick. I would like a better interface.
