Product scratches on bottom

After multiple uses, less than 30 days, all the pots and pans were scratched to the bare metal. When I called the manufacturer, the service rep said she was having the same issue with her kit. She said she would ask the monitor why and come back to me. She didn't, but when I called four days later and got the same representative, she backed off and said the problem was blackened cast iron on my gas range? About 50% of stoves have cast grates, but the manufacturer doesn't want to hear about…

Good heating, good range. Has protruding internal rivets, a bit 'sticky' (not as good as non-stick)

Ideal for cooking in the sense that they heat up quickly and cool well when removed. I don't like metal handles as they can get a little warm, but not hot enough to hurt (yet). Good size in this set. I really wish there were fewer unique cap sizes and they were more interchangeable. Pots are oddly deep. I'm used to smaller and wider ones. It doesn't seem to be a big problem. I had Fed up with the non-stick coating that barely sticks to anything, so I decided to take it a step further. Since it is not a cheap set, I expected better quality. I'm not disappointed at all. Love Deep Pots: Cookware

is inherent. We liked the first one, but we like this set better for two reasons. First, we love deep pots, which are great for soups and sauces.
