Love Deep Pots: Cookware

is inherent. We liked the first one, but we like this set better for two reasons. First, we love deep pots, which are great for soups and sauces. Shallow pans tend to boil over or spill liquid too easily. Second, we like transparent lids. Out of the box this set looks fantastic. Details are well weighted and hard-anodized finishes are even and smooth. The lids appear to be well made and fit the pots and pans well. Featuring seven different hard-anodized pots and pans including a 2 liter saucepan, a 3 liter saucepan, an 8 liter saucepan, a 5 liter saucepan, a 5 liter pan and an 8.5 inch pan plus a 10.25A 1-inch pan means pots and pans for just about every culinary need. Lots of pots and pans! Plus, cooking in these pots and pans is just great. This cookware heats up quickly and evenly, and soups and sauces stay put better when using one of the three pots than smaller pots. Cleaning is also quite easy. We were a little worried about the inner rivets, but as long as there are no food residues stuck to the rivets, they're easy to clean. We've had pots and pans with externally threaded grommets for attaching handles and internal rivets, and we prefer the threaded grommets, but rivets are fine. They are definitely durable and safe. Our cost estimate is above average. We understand that the price of these pots and pans may seem relatively high, but our other hard-anodized cookware set, which includes fewer pots and pans, was more expensive than this set. Our overall rating is 5 stars. This set of pots and pans is pretty much everything you need to prepare even the most complex of dishes. This set feels well built and we love the non-toxic hard anodizing. The price is high, but cheaper than other hard-anodized kits we've seen. This set would make a great gift or home purchase. Enjoy!
