Review on Anolon Allure 12-Piece Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set in Dark Gray by Robert Viher

I had Fed up with the non-stick coating that barely sticks to anything, so I decided to take it a step further. Since it is not a cheap set, I expected better quality. I'm not disappointed at all. It is great! It's a good weight, really well made. Durable metal handles are strong and comfortable to grip. The handles are riveted for durability and the flat rivets are really cool. The lids are great and the glass ones are the best. The pots and pans are thick and sturdy but not too heavy. Matte gray looks elegant without standing out in the kitchen. They're super cool. The temperatures seem very even and they chill the omelettes perfectly. The non-stick coating is great too. I hope the nonstick coating holds up as well as they say. We've used ceramic because it's supposed to be better for you, but they're not durable at all. I have high hopes for the PFOA nonstick and will try to update if there are any issues. Overall, it can be said that these are high-quality pots and pans. My wife and I are delighted with them. The features are really pleasant but not flashy. We like her very much.
