I have not put this on my vehicle yet, I will update when I do but I have a couple complaints just taking it out of the box. First off, it is painted plastic and I hate that. It's just like the black big shield except painted chrome, I'm guessing that's why people are complaining that it doesn't match the factory chrome bc it's a harder plastic and it's not already black. Secondly, it's a stick on application, they should really make that more obvious on the pics. Thirdly, it's extremely flimsy, I mean you could roll it up if you wanted. I placed it on my 2014 ram just to see how it would look before I decided if I wanted to return it which returning it was my first thought after looking at it. It looks really nice so ultimately decided to keep it but I think I'm going to change the sticking tape to a thicker 3m automotive tape, since allot of people say it falls off. You should clean your hood really well and then with alcohol before applying it. As goes with anything that sticks on.
