I like that we can resolve our disputes online, it's easy for customers too! It saves us money & makes things easier as they're available 24/7 unlike when you have people working in an office all day long (which would be great if everyone was able).
If there were some improvements - maybe better customer support? Better communication between parties involved could help solve their issues quicker than waiting around at court which sometimes takes ages! We've resolved many small claims cases this way so far because its quick but also convenient for both sides who don't need lawyers etc but still want resolution quickly rather then having go through legal process.
