The good news is that the bag is exactly as advertised. I can easily fit a whistle, a wallet, a small pump, a small tool box. My phone fits in at the same time, but the big phone is tight. Average weather today and a pair of gloves of different weights easily fit in the outer stretch area. I have a tall seatpost and it hangs well. The two downsides are that the way it opens makes plugging and unplugging a bit more painful and sometimes bumps into it with the backs of my thighs. It would be better if it was tapered with the tube side being narrower than the zipper opening. I like it and will keep it. Well if the pump is removed from the frame it could be better though.
