Almost no chromatic aberration thanks to ED glass, sharp edge-to-edge focus, no vignetting, true color and high light transmission, what's not to love? The fine focus knob is turned with the tip of the little finger. I wasn't expecting a tiny tripod in a travel case. I know a little bit about good optics as I taught physics at university and enjoy good glass. I have German Steiner binoculars and Japanese Nikon binoculars, two refractors and a reflector and have only used first class glass on my cameras in the past. I have 20x80 binoculars and they weren't powerful enough for my new hobby. This scope is amazing and slightly more expensive than just a Zeiss cap with no ED glass.
