I bought this product to try and speed up the internet on my computer. The product was a bit easy to get up and running and when it works, it works well. If you have problems, there's no way to fix them and send them to the trash. Mine stopped working after 61 days. I've tried contacting Netgear support for a replacement and it's a joke! I filled out the details of my issue online so I could get a ticket number and 'faster support' when I called. It's pointless! Called several times, gave them the ticket number and still have to give them the same information, waited for 1 hour and heard the same entry every 30 seconds, telling them I have a problem with customer service and hung up, etc. I've dealt with several Talked to people but never really spoken to anyone who could replace my product, it was constantly being broadcast, delayed etc ad infinitum. this product but none of them worked for me. The support docs also talk about software and settings that you can tweak. I think these documents are outdated and no longer exist.
