Dale's Wife here: Spade in the correct size.The instructions were clear although I don't think they are critical if you have any knowledge of carpentry/home repair and maintenance.Not 4 stars because lens clarity is not that important.Excellent, and that The visible picture is smaller than expected. However, it's better than looking out the window when I don't want to open the door. Sometimes I just don't want any visitors. And I can really hide! :)
- EASY TO INSTALL - This peephole is easy to install with detailed instructions. Suitable for 1-3/8" to 2-3/8" thick doors, just drill a small pilot hole as straight as possible and then drill a 7/8" diameter hole on both sides. Fit that Insert the viewing window into the hole then screw the two pieces together and use the slot at the back to secure it in. Nice snug fit with wide flanges either side to hide drilling errors
