I am new to book restoration and was looking for tools from Revane. I found this brush and only this brush. I'm surprised there aren't more options or brushes for this purpose. I was a little concerned about the brush losing bristles based on some reviews. I like the brush. It's not heavy or clunky, I can easily hold it with my small hands. The binding adhesive is applied evenly and smoothly. My bristles didn't come out. Cleans like new. If you wash the glue off the brush with warm water, it will be completely washed off and will dry quickly. The bristles are slightly ribbed so they don't bend or sink into the glue when I put them in a container with glue. Overall I think this brush is excellent and really enjoy using it.
