I like that it's easy to use for both my patients as well as myself! I love how quick everything transfers from one computer/appointment book etc., so there are hardly any errors when transferring or having appointments with other providers in different states!! It does have some glitches where sometimes you need help figuring things out but they do their best at helping people solve problems (sometimes).

But overall this app works great. If looking for an appointment booking service then definitely go through reviews first before purchasing because not all companies will transfer correctly between computers. This has solved our issues by ensuring we can keep up with scheduling throughout multiple offices quickly & easily.
