Our toddler was looking forward to this trampoline but it was a big disappointment. There was a large lump of a mysterious substance in the paint, and it was left as is and partially painted over. Small fibers or hairs stuck out at this point, and it looked rough and uncertain. I added some photos. The item also had a strong chemical odor. We ended up repackaging it, sending it back and getting a different brand. We tried their collapsible stroller a few years ago and that was a big disappointment too. Right out of the box the wheels rubbed and didn't work properly. I decided to give them another chance with this trampoline, but never again.
