Review on 🖤 Tsukineko VF000082 VersaFine Full-Size Ink, Instant Dry Pigment, Onyx Black by Doris Tran

I ordered this ink pad to use with a calendar stamp to stamp the date on the back of photos. The main reason I bought this notebook was the item's description as 'instant dry' as I didn't want the ink stamp on the back of the photo to smudge the front of the photo when the photos are folded. After stamping about a hundred photos, I noticed that the stamped date was clearly not dry. Then I laid out the photos for over a week, but the embossing is still not dry. I had to dab each date multiple times with tissue paper. If this is a serious problem for you, I would not purchase this product. I've had better luck with Carter's ink pad, but you still have to be careful to press the stamp lightly onto the pad so the print is relatively light but still dark enough to be legible. Carter products typically dry overnight. I BELIEVE THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS PRODUCT IS EXTREMELY INCORRECT.
