Stopped working after a month and a half

Bought this heater a month and a half ago. Today I woke up and he squeaked error code E1. I checked and this is the low water level error code. The filter was still fully submerged and I tried to reset it but it keeps saying Andy's E1 saltwater tank is sinking fast. Now that I've spent $80 on it, I spent a whole day trying to find a new heater so my 180 gallon saltwater tank wouldn't die!
