I had to remove the steering wheel from my 1997 Expedition and was able to do it. I had to use legs with small hooks on the ends, and the hooks were barely big enough, and only if I used a vise to hold the hooks close. The quality of the product seems good but it's hard to say as I only need it for a job. I saved money even though I fixed it myself and it wasn't too difficult to use. It has many different configurations that can be used, making it very versatile.
