I was skeptical after reading so many reviews on different products. I bought this for my elderly parents who would be uncomfortable bending over to unlock the door every time they get in and out. They live in Myrtle Beach and they have wind all the time, so I was concerned that the wind would blow all the time too. I am pleased to report that overall we are very happy with this screen. My parents have a standard 2 car garage. The fit was perfect. All expected parts were in the package when it arrived. Installation took about 30 minutes, by two people. The included velcro is of good quality and works perfectly. Because of the frequency with which they get in and out of their garage and their breeze, we decided to buy generic U-nails just for added security. Velcro seemed appropriate, but we wanted to be sure. The door opener magnets worked very well. Closes by itself after passing. I have to say my only complaint is that as soon as they close the garage door when the wind is blowing the magnets stick to the garage door and when they press the button to raise the gate they have often afraid that the screen will come off, but so far so good. I'm still trying to find a solution to keep it from magnetizing her garage door. My sister and I installed it two weeks before Christmas so it's been almost a month now and we're still happy with this purchase. For the money we paid I felt it was a very well made product.
