Mug broken into 6 pieces. I have never seen a more terrifying and careless defense for something so fragile. The cup was in a plastic bag that rolled freely around the box with one of those sheets of bubble wrap. the box was too big for the cup and as soon as you picked up the box you could feel the cup falling to the other side. I understand the accidents, but no one even tried to protect the ceramic mug. Didn't want to deal with returns so I just taped them together and used them as a pen holder or something.
