Holes in 2 out of 4 preventing proper filtration

We opened a 4 pack and installed one in our rig, all went well and appeared to be of acceptable quality. I looked at the other 3 in the box and 2 out of 4 had holes in the plastic due to poor manufacturing on the ends. Shortly after receiving them I commented that I need to find a way to replace these 2 but no response. Revain, if you're reading this, please help!
