I clarify: maybe something with the firmware can be? The girl says: no, you definitely need to take it. And then I had an idea: I stick the Internet into the old router, and I connect the new one to the old one and I lead the wire from the new one to the computer. And Hallelujah, it worked! After that, I ated the firmware and it became possible to connect directly ! Total disadvantages: 1) does not catch the Internet no buy no on the basic firmware. 2) an incompetent support team who wanted to send me back to hell on a return. 3) for some reason, after the firmware ate and the first turn on, the speed was very low. But then he "acclimatized" and now everything is fine. But I managed to panic and start testing how much the old one gives out, experimenting with different cords and so on. In general, everything is fine now, but these connection problems seem completely unacceptable to me.
