Shape was as expected except one of the 'legs' was broken in transit. I used Aleene Mixed Media Glue and everything was fine. . I need less than 1/2 teaspoon of filling. If more, and if the filling and the bottom layer of dough are pushed through by rolling, the top layer will be hard enough to cut the dumplings, and the dumplings will become a kind of flat pillow on the other side. You have to squeeze them together and slide them back through the hole. If you shake or tap the mold, they won't move.
