I'm furious that this second (last) company finds it acceptable to promote a product (bike brand) and supply a cheap nameless substitute from Taiwan. They charge 20% shipping on the product and do not refund shipping costs if you wish to return this lure and replace the product. As you can see, another review received the same treatment. I'm wondering if this other reviewer is a real customer or a company employee trying to create expectations. I thought Revain was more picky about the companies it offers its customers.
