Review on DataStreet by Isaac Simpson

I love that it's easy to create new tickets or modify existing ones without having to send out an email. It also makes entering data much more efficient than doing so manually. The only thing about this software that could be improved would be some sort of notification when there are updates available (like in Salesforce). Also, if possible, the ability to have multiple users accessing from different locations could be added as well. This software has been very beneficial because we can quickly enter changes into tickets and keep track of them all at one place instead of sending emails back and forth between the offices.
