Review on Bihlerflex AS36BL4PK Adjust Strap Pack by Chris Martin

I've been using these since they first came out with other bungee products. I've clicked one in the past and I've clicked one in this new pack. What's cool, I messaged the seller and explained that I want to return 4 packs including the snap strap and they said don't worry and sent me new 4 packs! Not only that, I sent a photo of my old gray strap that broke and they sent 4 packs for it too! This is customer service and id was happy with just a belt change. Although they work very well.
