I like that it has been very easy for our team members using this software, since we can have all of their information in one place! The only thing is when you need more than 1 person looking at something (like an email), sometimes there are some delays before they come back up online again or even respond after being offline awhile. It's great though because most things don't require 2 people working together anymore - just make sure your employees know how to use everything properly so everyone knows what needs attention first time around!! We've solved problems with tickets not getting answered as quickly nor having them get lost somewhere along the way which used to happen quite often previously without any real solution other then "just keep trying". Also helped us eliminate duplicate ticketing issues by making it easier to see who was assigned/worked on each issue once logged into polarhelpdesk instead of going through multiple emails & websites searching thru pages upon page of info about every single problem ever reported.
