Four problems: 1) Tinkerboard is slightly smaller (in length) than the case so it moves inside causing this. 2) There is only one plastic post to screw the board into place which causes the entire assembly to warp internally. 3) The tops of the connectors end up inside the case, making it difficult to use USB. Cooler. So my only options are to goof around and swap out the heatsink (and risk damaging the board if I remove the thermal tape from the heatsink), redesign the case and put the fan on top (which means the whole thing is bigger, than I originally wanted 5) . The circuit board is shorter than the length of the case, every time you need to mess with a microSD card you have to take the thing apart and since it doesn't fit at first it takes longer to put back together. The plastic is pretty thick, the fan looks ok, but who knows? This case is back.
