The first use was difficult but she got the hang of it
I ordered this life jacket for our 6 year old. She can swim, but we've made it to the lake many times and prefer to play it safe. When she first used it, she didn't stop hanging it up immediately, and finally swallowed a bunch of water. Eventually she got used to it. Took her out yesterday and she had no problems. Be sure to take the time to practice swimming and keep your head above the water. Otherwise works/looks great.
