It's impossible to talk on the phone by taking out one earpiece and bringing it to your mouth; however, you must do this delicately because the touch buttons are very sensitive. The headphones stay put in my ears; the sound seems clear but is limited to a volume of four; the case cover is flimsy; I don't think they will last long; and, in general, I won't take it, but I probably wouldn't have bought it anyway.
