Instant Medical History - Very helpful medical tracking tool
I like that this system is able to pull up any previous hospitalizations or records for patients as well if they have been seen by multiple providers over time at different facilities in their life! It's easy enough to use but it can be confusing when you're trying figure out how everything works together especially with older versions of software (it was not very user friendly back then). This has helped us keep track of our clients' health history which helps them understand what changes are necessary before we see new customers so there aren't surprises down line about pre-existing conditions/medical issues etc..
Pros
- It's easy to keep track of multiple clients if we need to and all the information we need for each patient is all in one place!
Cons
- It can be difficult to figure out, especially if you've used it for awhile
