The product is terrible, much below my expectations.

The problems are identical for two devices (I bought two at once)! The most terrible thing is the work of Samsung support and service centers. The service center said that failures in the auto-sync work are for all A50s. So, they are supposed to fix problems, and they: "No, the problem cannot be fixed, it's like that for everyone, continue to use a poorly working device, this is normal .". Those. the fact that Samsung devices do not work well is calmly confirmed by the employees of their service centers! And all those who bought Samsung equipment, it turns out, are just losers. By calling Samsung support and through calls on the site - professional chatting in the form of "reset settings", etc. The service center reflashed the phone - no improvement. Samsung is not at all interested in whether there are problems with their devices or not. I bought it - goodbye, wait for the next model - good luck, maybe the new smartphone will work, or maybe not . Therefore, I strongly advise against buying the A50.
