I like that there is an option in which you can add your payment amount as well, so we do not have any problem paying our debts at all times. Also when i look up my account online everything seems fine with me too! There isn't anything bad about this site but if anyone has problems they should definitely try contacting them because sometimes their customer service takes few days or weeks before responding back to emails from customers. If someone wants to be able pay off his/her loans easily then using goody would help him out completely.
