Very disappointed! Although this product was sold as NEW and fresh anti-static bags with stickers made it new, it was clearly NOT a new product. These drives were purchased to replace a failed drive in a RAID array. During the process, the disk controller showed that it had a previous configuration, which the controller referred to as "foreign configuration". I used a second "new" drive and got the same results. Since the failed drive needed to be replaced immediately, I cleared this status and used the drive. But the remaining discs were returned. Our company relies on Revain to have reliable and trustworthy suppliers. I will file a complaint with them about this situation because unless Revain is aware of these issues there is nothing they can do about it. This is unacceptable.
