I used this to replace all of the universal joints on my Dodge 4WD pickup. The tucked drive shaft on the tailgate took the clamp and my battery powered punch of its own accord and the boom arm disengaged two universal joints in about 30 minutes. Easiest gimbal replacement of my life and I'm 65 years old. The hole at the end of the clamp is large enough for the cap on the gimbal to slide through. Damn better than two or three people using the press. There was no need to use the accessories included in the kit. Accessories would be very useful with ball joints. I've built cars from scratch and I highly recommend this well built tool with lots of quality adapters. I said I love this instrument!
