I really liked this system. as soon as I was able to get it working! So I set it up as directed, installed the app and went through the wizard. But there were constant issues that prompted me to call Netgear tech support. It was a mess, they use offshore call centers who are VERY difficult to communicate with as they have a heavy accent, but they read the script and constantly start each paragraph by telling you (by name) that they are your will solve problem. I don't need to hear this every time, just help me solve the problem! After I got promoted to level 3, I finally found someone who said "okay," meaning they didn't go into detail every time they started talking about how they would solve my problem, but just got to the bottom of it and we were able to fix something. It took a hard reset and a fresh start. Spent an hour on the phone which was a pain! But once I get them working they are very easy to use, work incredibly well and are VERY fast! The range is pretty good as I have this particular system with just one satellite covering an area of 5500 square feet. ft. and with adequate coverage throughout, including the 1,300 sq. ft. attached garage. feet and through. I have Alexa Wi-Fi switches all over my house and for the first time they work consistently on this router. I had nothing but problems with it on my previous Comcast/Xfinity router. I highly recommend this system! I just prefer that they have a US call center!
