When you buy a "manual" for anything, the first thing you expect is a detailed drawing of the parts and their locations. I originally purchased this guide to see how to remove the bezel and chrome for the Road King so I could repair the steering damper bushings. The book doesn't even mention it. The steering damper is the part you should replace after 20,000 miles you might think. No, I do not think so. The images are dark, the pages appear to have been copied rather than printed, the wording is unclear, and the book is overpriced for what you get. I bought a Harley frame manual and a service manual and spent almost the same amount on two used books. So far I'm not impressed with the Haynes manuals and wouldn't recommend buying them until you've seen them first.
