Good format. Limited Information. Although my 2008 Heritage Softtail is listed there, he didn't know it had a 3-phase alternator. I had to go to the internet to find it.

Black and white images. For a beginner, I'd like to see a little more detail and cover more topics. However, it costs money for torque.

This book is for repairs, not service. I'm a techie. I believe this guide is outdated and incomplete. Didn't meet my expectations. I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone looking for maintenance advice, and unless you're an experienced technician I wouldn't recommend it for repairs either!

When you buy a "manual" for anything, the first thing you expect is a detailed drawing of the parts and their locations. I originally purchased this guide to see how to remove the bezel and chrome for the Road King so I could repair the steering damper bushings. The book doesn't even mention it.
