Does everything that is described

Roasting rack just like that, great rack for roasting. I've used it several times 9 times for chicken breasts, pork chops and pork loin. This contributes to faster cooking, resulting in a juicier protein! Cleaning is easy. I also wipe it in the dishwasher (everything is washed since the dishwasher is actually a disinfectant for me). The sauce does not stay or color. I'd like to try it for frying, but I'm a little worried about the heat point, we'll see.
