Easy to assemble and install. I watched a YouTube video to understand how to assemble a mailbox. The video is better than the instructions that came with it. Need a drill if you don't have a strong grip like I do. I purchased the 6ft pole and house numbers separately. And a 50 pound bag of QuickCrete. House numbers were purchased from Curb-n-Sign of Revain. My investment in the "Post Leveler" has paid off. I had to cut about 8 inches from the bar to get the mailbox to meet USPS height requirements. I dug a hole about 24 inches and put some gravel in the bottom of the hole for drainage before putting up a post and filling a bag with QuickCrete. I stabilized the post while the concrete cured. After curing, I put the mailbox on top of the post (sold separately). I attached the mailbox to the post with the screws that came with it. Then I attached my house numbers with the same screws (galvanized). House numbers are purchased separately. FYI: I moved my mailbox from the porch to the street. I had to get permission from the USPS before I could move. I also marked the underground gas line before excavation.
