Fortunately, it is very easy to clean after the animals have played and almost always had an accident indoors. We simply take a cleaning cloth and wipe away any dirt, then use a pet safe sanitizer and let it dry naturally. We use this on our ferrets so it's important to keep a close eye on it and check they don't damage it at any point as they are always trying to escape. Other than that we haven't had any problems with it and it prevents them from coming out and getting lost. We are very happy with the arena and it is worth the price.
