How to adjust the machine if it is not peeling properly.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 for ease of use is that there are no instructions for the machine. There are two customizations that are fairly easy to understand, but instructions would be nice. The problem was that the peeler was missing apple parts. Finally found out that there are two adjustments and once they were set everything worked fine. If you use a softer apple it won't work properly as the core will tear. But I checked the garden next to ours and they said it was a general problem.
