Fine - Working GPS navigators

Very satisfied. It's really a bit big and I tend to have small wrists, but I still had to wear a longer strap. The smaller group only gave me about two holes to play. Longer strip over six holes. Seems pretty accurate. I drive the same route without much variety. There seems to be a 0.07 option which is pretty good for a 13+ mile hike. I have three bikes and they all have computers, wireless and wired. Computer and Garmin seem to match in time, speed and distance covered. I upload to both Humanafit and Garmin Connect. Connect appears to be a better program than Garmin's default program. Humana compensates if you enter your details, but the upload seems to more closely match the true numbers of your workout. So far everything works great. The charging station is good, I have no problems connecting and charging. There were a few reviewers who complained about the slow start and finding satellites, they had no problem. I hit the power button when I arrive at the starting point of the journey. By the time I put my shoes on and unload the bike, it's fueled up and ready to ride. Just press the start button and you're good to go. I think the Greeneway in North Augusta, SC is about 85-90% shaded/surrounded by trees and I haven't noticed any satellite leak issues. October 2012 - Still a good buy. I took him to Europe for a 30 day cruise. The only place I've had trouble with the satellite was in the bowels of a ship or a building. I turned it on at the dock and left it on on all my outings and it recorded all my exploits. A great way to keep track of where you went on vacation. Still no problem with my trips home. It took me forever to get out of the warehouse and I was sure it would be too late, but in fact it was a day early.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
