Overall easy to use, a bit awkward to position your hand while trying to move the handle forward but not a huge problem. I would like more metal than plastic. I don't know how long it will last but I like it. The local grocery store will cut and pre-wrap the zucchini and zucchini. Although the price is too high, I bought it like this for the sake of convenience, but the vegetables got too wet and I kept throwing them away. That way I make my own and they last longer. If it was a little more durable in terms of thicker plastic or more metal I would give it 5 stars.
